    Marco Di Filippo

    Global visual storyteller, Marco transforms brand messages into powerful imagery that resonates across cultures and industries. As one of the co-founders of co.lab, he brings a cinematic eye and deep understanding of visual communication shaped by years of experience living and working in Italy, Norway and New York, Paris and Berlin.

    Marco has collaborated with leading international brands such as Revlon, Dolce & Gabbana, Sephora, Lancôme, Gucci and Narciso Rodriguez, Hotels and Michelin star restaurants in Norway, Germany and Italy, as well as global institutions including UNESCO and WWF. Lately he was the videomaker for the worldwide digital campaign for San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.

    As a committed vegan and animal rights advocate, Marco approaches his work with empathy, precision and a belief that visual storytelling can inspire conscious connection and change. He is also part Team Rysit - The Voice of Sustainability.

  • Creative Director

    Trine Marie Skauen

    Trine is a digital storyteller, video editor and creative director, with a background in video and content production, she brings a cinematic approach to every project, from brand campaigns to documentary-style storytelling.

    She has developed and delivered photo and video campaigns for leading beauty and lifestyle brands such as Lancôme, Harmont e Blaine, YSL and Maybelline, as well as creative and documentary projects for organizations including UNESCO, German KWS SAAT, and Chinese State Grid GEIRI (Berlin).

    Her experience spans diverse industries, from fashion and beauty to lifestyle, corporate and sustainability-driven productions, with a strong focus on human-centered narratives and visual authenticity.

    Originally from Norway and based in Italy, Trine has been vegan for over a decade and lives by values of kindness, minimalism and sustainability, which naturally shape her creative vision and storytelling approach. She is also part Team Rysit - The Voice of Sustainability.

    Alexandra Espinosa Hortelano

    As a communication strategist, European project manager and digital marketing expert, Alexandra brings a creative and enthusiastic mindset to every project. She designs and implements communication strategies through engaging stories that make innovation visible and impactful.

    She has coordinated communication campaigns for large-scale Horizon Europe projects with budgets between €18–22 million, collaborating closely with leading universities, research centers, and industry players in consortia of up to 30 partners.

    An entrepreneur at heart, Alexandra is deeply committed to contributing to a more sustainable and equitable world. Her passion for environmental responsibility and social impact has guided her professional path, driving her to collaborate on projects that promote green economy, sustainability, and innovation with purpose. She believes communication can be a catalyst for positive change, enhancing both people’s wellbeing and the health of our planet.

    Francesca Rapparelli

    Francesca is a marketing and communication strategist with over 15 years of experience developing international campaigns for leading brands such as Gucci, Valentino, and Bvlgari. She combines strategic thinking with creative direction to deliver tailored communication solutions that drive measurable results.

    Valerio Tedeschi

    Producer with extensive experience across film and commercial productions in both national and international contexts.
    Experienced in managing workflows on small- and large-scale sets, having delivered projects for brands such as S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, as well as multiple film productions.

    Martina Sambucini

    Martina Sambucini is a marketing strategist at CO.LAB, where she supports brands in growing through innovative campaigns.
    She graduated from a university in Rome and has expanded her expertise over time, gaining experience across different areas of marketing.

    John Israel

    John is a photo assistant and content creator with strong experience working within production teams across visual projects. He specializes in post-production as a senior retoucher and supports on-set workflows as a digital assistant, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output throughout the process.

    Alessandro Albanesi

    Designer with over 10 years of experience creating visual identities across industries, from luxury brands to hospitality. From branding and packaging to digital and physical touchpoints, he develops cohesive design systems that are both functional and visually impactful.

  • DOP / Editor

    Andrea Cacioppo

    With background in cinematography as a Director of Photography and experience across visual production, photography, and post-production, Andrea has worked on set and in post-production as a data manager, editor, and colorist, collaborating with RAI and international productions, including projects with Peter Greenaway.

    Animator

    Konrad Hjemli

    Konrad Hjemli is an animator and director based in Oslo, Norway. He graduated from Volda University College with two award-winning student films. Pandiculation (2020, co-directed by Jakob Eiring) was screened in Annecy, Zagreb, and many others. Havnesjefen (2022, co-directed by Mia L. Henriksen) won the Jury Prize for a Student Film in Annecy, and was nominated for an  Amanda (Norway’s national film award).
